Murals for a causeDuring the 2020 COVID pandemic, I spoke with a friend running a health clinic who confided in me about the emotional toll of witnessing daily fatalities and fearing for his family's health. This conversation deeply affected me, and I wanted to give back. I created a mural to honor healthcare workers and reassure patients that they were in good hands. I donated the mural to Memorial Regional Hospital, and it had a profound impact. The mural uplifted the spirits of the staff and gave patients confidence. Soon after, other hospitals contacted me to create similar murals, recognizing the power of art to bring comfort and hope.

The power of art to inspire and make someone's day a little bit better is why I do it. My goal each year is to make enough money through commissions that I have the time and resources to give back to those that need it most.
